I’ve worn many hats — from corporate professional and entrepreneur to full-time mum and project manager — and each has shaped the way I support others today. I built a career across advertising, service industries and running my own overseas property business before life changes led me in a new direction.
As a mum of two teenage boys (and a miniature Schnoodle), I understand the pressures of juggling family life, career shifts, and the emotional load many women carry. My own experiences with stress and anxiety inspired me to retrain in therapy, beginning with counselling skills and leading to a Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
I now use evidence-based techniques — combining CBT, mindfulness, and hypnosis — to help clients manage anxiety, build resilience, and feel more in control of their wellbeing.

Choosing a hypnotherapist
Choosing a hypnotherapist that is a good fit for you is important. Your safety, wellbeing and comfort are a duty of care. Ensure you check they are a member of a recognised professional body and hold appropriate insurance.
Trust and rapport are one of the key factors in treatment outcomes, the main factor being your will and desire for change, and thirdly the techniques and protocols used.
